Indulge in a delicious twist on the classic Bang Bang Shrimp with turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 cups lettuce, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine shrimp and seasoning, then pan-fry in the bacon drippings until cooked through.
  4. Toss cooked shrimp with the sauce until well coated.
  5. Serve over lettuce and top with crumbled turkey bacon.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add chopped green onions on top.
  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
