- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups lettuce, shredded
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a separate bowl, combine shrimp and seasoning, then pan-fry in the bacon drippings until cooked through.
