Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the bananas, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, mixing until well combined.
  6. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the banana mixture.
  7. Spread the filling over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
