  • 8 cups chicken broth

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 lemons, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring chicken and broth to a boil.
  2. Add rice and simmer until cooked.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs and lemon juice together.
