  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  5. Place the sausage balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
