Delicious air fryer breakfast empanadas filled with savory turkey bacon and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package empanada dough discs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the turkey bacon and cheese.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture on half of each empanada disc.
  4. Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
